What we collect

- Content you submit such as prompts, messages, files, and settings you save in your workspace
- Billing details if you purchase a plan, handled by our payment provider
How we use information
We use information to operate, improve, and protect the product.
- Provide core features like chat, prompt library, projects, and sharing
- Authenticate users and prevent abuse, spam, and fraud
- Measure reliability and improve performance
- Provide support and respond to requests
- Send important product and account notifications
AI models and third party providers
When you send a prompt or message, it may be processed by third party model providers you choose. The data sent can include message content and relevant context you attach, such as files or system settings.
If you connect your own API keys, requests are made on your behalf using those keys. Providers may log requests according to their policies.
Training
Your content is not used to train our models by default. If we ever introduce an opt in program for product improvement, it will be clearly presented and optional.
Retention and deletion
You control your content. You can delete sessions, prompts, projects, and files from within the app. Deleted content is removed from active systems and queued for deletion from backups on a reasonable schedule.
Sharing and public links
When you create a share link, you control visibility. If you choose a public link, anyone with the link may be able to view the shared content. You can revoke links at any time.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and analytics. Analytics helps us understand which pages and features are useful so we can improve the product.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100 percent secure.
